Parts can be created manually or we can arrange to import part data in bulk from an Excel spreadsheet. Please contact us to arrange importing data.

Each part must have a unique number which you can define, or you can use the SKU feature to automatically number new parts.

The parts list includes all parts that are manufactured or purchased, however you can only create a bill of materials (BOM) for parts where the type is set to manufactured.

For purchased or service items, you can create any type of part on the options page to help with organisation and filtering. Examples could be fasteners, subcontract work, type of materials and so on.
