MRP is one of the most important pages within Fraction ERP. It is a list of all part requirements that are needed to satisfy works orders. This page is used to check inventory, allocate available stock and raise purchase orders when required to ensure parts and materials arrive on time for the start of production.
MRP collects demand from all types of works orders. When a works order is completed, all part demand is automatically removed from the part demand page. Fraction ERP back flushes the inventory, meaning that regardless of the inventory level or stock allocations, transactions are created to remove all parts consumed by the works order.
